Absolutely Lazy Apathetic Actionless Front Office They Constantly Mess The Every Bit of clerical information! They messed up my prescription so much that CVS was unable to fill the prescription for almost a month! They need to be retrained, they always mess up my pharmacy visit! Maybe it's time for a new front desk staff! Because they do next to nothing for the paying patient! Dr. Maher and his RN staff are the only people of integrity in this office! Do Not Trust The Front Office! They Mess up so much!

I have been seeing Dr. Maher for almost 5 years and he is a wonderful doctor - I would definitely give him 5 stars. However, the answering service and front office staff get 1 star. I've had numerous issues with miscommunication and incorrectly coded procedures causing my insurance not to pay for services. That issue took several phone calls to finally get resolved.
