Such a disappointing experience. I was excited to see Dr. Young based on friends’s experiences. When I called the day before to confirm the time, I called three times and my call wasn’t answered. I figured it was toward the end of the day and were trying to wrap things up. I arrived before my appointment to complete new patient paperwork, as requested. Dr Young is very knowledgeable and personable with his patients. He was professional and talked with my daughter in a way she could understand the medical terminology. I have been an RN for over 20yrs and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for your time and care of my daughter.
