I'm only giving 1 star because Dr Pachter himself was great with my husband but besides that; Sherry the office manager and her staff are very short..nasty attitudes and non empathetic. It's sad how patient/client care in most doctors offices have gone down hill because its become quantity over quality. Customer service is non existent lately and just over disappointing.

Dr. Pachter is a good doctor, but his office staff leaves a lot to want. They are very short on patience, even bordering on being rude.
