Had a branch fall and tear my meter box off my house and cause other damage. A representative from Eric M Krise was at my house about an hour after my call. They decided to fix it even though it was already sunset. The work was done quickly, with only the lights they brought. Everyone was so nice and conserned for our comfort. They even suggested we turn the heat up till they had to turn the power off so we would be warm. I definitely recommend this company.
As a contractor often we rely on outside help. such as plumbing, & electrical. true story while one day having a conversation with Eric I asked what the new green and blue truck was all about. In typical Eric manually way he just said we're going to start doing plumbing and HVC as well. If I could give 100 stars I would. FANTASTIC experience. I had several jobs that needed to be done. Spoke with TJ who set up the job, he was in and out of the house within 10 minutes, had the summary emailed to me and a time confirmed within an hour of leaving. First impressions mean a lot. Yesterday two guys were out to do the jobs. We had some great conversations, all while they continued to work. Always a good experience with this company. Besides fixing electric, I would say that Eric Krise knows how to love a community back. He takes good care of his customers and employees and then takes time to meet the needs of the community. It makes sense that no matter where you go you see Krise Electric trucks.
