Never have I left a doctor’s office feeling so distraught. He didn’t listen to me at all, told me that “ADD” heals itself over time, and that someone with “ADD” symptoms in their 30’s wouldn’t have been able to graduate high school without medication. This man does not know anything about ADHD. In only 15 minutes he revoked my diagnosis of 6 years, gave me a new diagnosis of depression and prescribed me anti depressants and sleeping pills. If you are an adult with a late diagnosis, or a woman with ADHD stay far away from thi... read more

Thank you - ARC Customer Service
This doctor does not listen to or connect well with patients. He is dismissive, condescending, doesn't care what your symptoms or past history are because he already knows what the problem is and how to fix it. He spent the appointment telling me my past history was impossible that my symptoms were not as I described and then lectured me. What a waste of time and money. It's no secret why this doctor has appointments and many other ARC doctors are booked up. If you want a doctor who listens to you, has empathy, and wants to ... read more

A good knowledgeable and caring doctor.
My first experience with ARC and it wasn’t a good one at all. Wish I read these reviews before wasting my time and money with this guy, because all that was mentioned was spot on! He walked in, he didn’t make eye contact, didn’t introduce himself (at first I thought he was a staff member looking for equipment), completely patronizing, egotistical and arrogant attitude. In the end, he gave me false information and an incorrect diagnosis. You know, I should have know because when I was booking my appointment, my primary doc (a... read more
I went to go see Dr. Hughes a few months ago for my annual check up & to address some concerns I had about my health. Rushed in, didn't introduce himself or even say hello. No bedside manners at all. He asked if I was up to date on my vaccines & when he found out I wasn't I was scolded for not, then he seemed to dismiss everything I said after that. He pushes vaccines & meds on you & doesn't seem to care about your quality of life. I recently quit my depression meds with my last Dr. & have been doing things naturally to impr... read more
The worst experience I've ever had at a Dr's office. Saw Dr Hughes yesterday, brought my teenage son to see him who has recently aged out of the care of our excellent pediatrician. My son has been struggling to recover from strep throat- lots of pain, fever, etc in spite of antibiotics- very unusual and concerning. Dr Hughes is a poor listener, seems to not have time or interest in true patient care. He's abrupt, egotistical. dismissive, and lacks base level patient emapthy. I was shocked by some of the comments he made and ... read more
My wife and I will not be seeing Dr. Hughes again. Dr. Hughes has extremely liberal views and pushes the C19 vaccine and shames if you haven't had it. He did not treat the symptoms my wife had nor did he listen to why she came to the Dr. in the first place. We will be finding a doctor that doesn't have an agenda. Because of Dr. Hughes we are leaving the ARC group. My wife is going to see another Dr. that isn't a know it all and cares about the patient
Dr. Hughes is short with patients and didn't reply and still never did to a refill request for my BP medication for nearly a week. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
disaster - In line with many other reviews here. doesn't listen. asks the same questions 2-3 times. prescribed two different medications that turned out to be exactly the same thing. didn't proactively ask questions to determine if there are other underlying causes for the symptoms at hand, didn't examine the patient thoroughly. As a result he missed early stage chickenpox and diagnosed it as something else. thinking back - If he would only have LOOKED at the patient for like 5 seconds, he might have seen chickenpox signs.
