Eric and his team once again performed and delivered. They answered my 911 call when I needed a mortgage loan fast and came through with excellent terms, a great rate, and an extra level of service. They ensured all parties were fully informed and confident that I could close on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
Eric did a fantastic job getting this loan approved and funded and getting the sale closed right on schedule considering the offer was accepted on Thanksgiving Day and we also had Christmas and New Year's during the escrow. Everything handles professionally and I appreciated being kept up to date and informed throughout the escrow. Representing both seller and buyer can sometimes be challenging but Eric and his team handling the loan provided a smooth and seamless transaction.
