Great Raymore Dentist My family has been seeing Dr Lavid for many years now and always enjoys the experience. Staff is friendly and courteous. Appointment times are spot on - no long waits. I highly recommend this office.

Very unsatisfied. Verified with Laurie prior to arriving that our visit would be covered 100% and we would owe $0. We were then billed $185 several months later. I was then informed that she never actaully verified benefits she just assumed. The entire thing was handled very poorly and we were completely misled.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have

Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
