This is the worst place. Everyone is on edge and not friendly at all. I went to the Walmart in Sulphur Springs and payed out of pocket just to get away from this place.
Previously gave them a 5 star. Been with them a long time, but now they have so many NEW patients that lord forbid if your child is on medicaid they book you out like 3 months!! Pathetic
I’ve been to many optometrists. Not one got my vision as clear as Dr. Ketchum. I am legally blind & he is the only one who spent the time & commitment to help me. Professional, staff is friendly & patient, always greets with a smile. 20
Great appt. Doctor k is OUTSTANDING! His staff is very NICE, AS a Veteran the Doctor is doing a great service to all. Emory is lucky to have a DOCTOR OF HIS CALIBER. MAX OF TEXAS.
Great staff and Dr. Get in and out at a resonable time.
