Mr. Klein represented the seller for a home my wife and I purchased this summer, and his non-responsiveness and unprofessionalism added nothing but frustration to an otherwise seamless process. He would not return any of my broker's calls/texts/emails for over a week after our offer was accepted; his brokerage mis-listed the property which almost led to our backing out of the contract; and he completely ghosted us on our final walk through, which he scheduled and confirmed he'd attend the night before, almost making us late ... read more
