I’ve recommended Dr. Kim’s dental office more times than I can count to my friends and family. I appreciate the entire team’s demeanor, friendliness, and attention to detail in their jobs. From the second you enter, you are in great company and customer service. Eunice knows you by name and greets you with a smile, after already reminding you of your appointment with plenty of time beforehand! Dr. Kim and his staff provided a wonderful experience. I had to have dental surgery. I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about it. Dr. Kim explained each step and answered any questions I had. He eased my nerves and always had an upbeat and great sense of humor. His professionalism and most of all his skill set is extraordinary. He made the process pain free. I highly recommend him and his establishment!
This was my first visit, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I had quite a few concerns during the visit, and Dr. Kim was very thorough in addressing everything. I really appreciated how he took the time and effort to all my questions and gave me a sense of assurance. I haven't been able to settle down on a dentist, but I now will be going forward with Dr. Kim. Also, I forgot to ask for her name, but the front desk was very kind and accommodating!
*Adding to my review because I met my new hygienist today! Sue has retired (yay for her!) and today I worked with Hannah. She is amazing! She is thorough and gentle and I felt very confident about her skills. And she’s so fun! I’m so happy she’s part of this wonderful team and I look forward to seeing her next time!
