This was my first visit, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I had quite a few concerns during the visit, and Dr. Kim was very thorough in addressing everything. I really appreciated how he took the time and effort to all my questions and gave me a sense of assurance. I haven't been able to settle down on a dentist, but I now will be going forward with Dr. Kim. Also, I forgot to ask for her name, but the front desk was very kind and accommodating!
*Adding to my review because I met my new hygienist today! Sue has retired (yay for her!) and today I worked with Hannah. She is amazing! She is thorough and gentle and I felt very confident about her skills. And she’s so fun! I’m so happy she’s part of this wonderful team and I look forward to seeing her next time! I came Into the dentist office with an extreme pain that was unbearable. Dr Eric Kim Fixed the problem right away gave me a root canal and now with a crown. I am so thankful for the staff and amazed by their friendliness and efficient process. Natalie was awesome with being so kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this Dentist Office..
Dr, Kim’s staff, including the front receptionist, Eunice, and his new hygienist, Hannah, are fantastic. They are friendly, thorough and effective, keeping my teeth in tip top shape. Hannah was on time and did a thorough exam before she began cleaning, checking for any suspicious tissue which could be oral cancer. Hannah was excellent she was very attentive and answered all my questions. Also Dr. Kim is incredibly nice and made me feel confident in my hygiene health.
