This was my first visit to this facility and working with Dr. Katz. This is also my first experience dealing with this topic... Dr. Katz was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and that my concerns were heard. I highly recommend.
Dr. Katz is very thorough and provides as much explanation time as I need to feel satisfied with his answers to my questions. I appreciate how he is so interactive with me. He messaged me through MyChart with a request to have a test done and I asked that I'd like to talk about it in person 1st so he had his office arrange an appointment which was very valuable. He has a very refreshing approach.
I waited four months for an appointment and then I received this message, "your visit on 7/16/2025 at 2:15 PM was canceled." No explanation, no "sorry", no suggestion to book a new appointment. I had to do some research to find out which doctor this referred to. Any office that has so little consideration for a patient is not going to provide great health care.
