Dr Peden was excellent and very efficient!
Exceptional professionalism
My visit with Dr. Peden went well. He and his staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. In attempting to make a follow up appointment I found the call agents seem to be less receptive and rushed. The agents did not offer her name and cut me off when I was attempting to explain my information. The process states that a response to the call will be delivered in 48 hours but that hasn’t occurred.
Outstanding- Dr Peden is extremely knowledgeable , thorough, friendly , and extreme attention to detail. He has a wonderful Team that answered all My questions and made me feel at ease. . Thankful for the procedure that was done in his office.
Dr. Peden is such a wonderful doctor, love his work makes the patient and family members feel at ease, important, and explains in detail the issue and how to fix.
outstanding! Dr. Peden is the definitin of professional. Polite, courteous, friendly, extreme attention to detail. His whole team moves as of a single mind. He misses nothing, explains everything. His team makes you feel at ease, and anticipates all questions. If you live within 1000 milesof Dr. Peden, it's worth the effort to go to Houston. His team, and Houston Methodist are so far superior to all hospitals outside loop 8, as to not even be a discussion point.
