When I started my house hunting journey (3rd house I've bought), I reached out to my usual realtor and she referred me to Eric because she was taking a sabbatical. I was nervous to work with someone new who didn't know my sense of humor when house hunting. HOWEVER, Eric exceeded my expectations.
