Dr Palecek has been my primary physician for a year now. He’s the best. Off the charts communicator, transparent, gives genuine interest in your well-being, and he’s really sharp. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary doctor in Charleston. Service at MUSC is quick and efficient. They take most insurances.
