Eric is amazing. As a nurse there aren’t many people I trust with my healthcare, but I do Eric. He really takes a holistic approach to how he practices and treats his patients which can be hard to find! 10/10 recommend him to anyone who asks for a pcp. Novant is VERY lucky to have him as apart of their care team.
Eric zufall is the worst in the name of health care . He likes to pretend that he is so caring, truth is, he could care less. I had a major back pain, which muscle relaxers would have been extremely helpful with. Called all the numbers for novant lakeside office for eric. Not only was there no way to contact his majesty, but in all my pain, I drove to his office, to be told he was leaving and had no time for me and the agony I was dealing with. Dr. Zufall is amazing... He listens to you. He listens to understand not to just respond and throw medicine at you. I highly recommend him for yourself and family.
Dr. Zufall is not only an amazing provider, but he is also a great listener. I feel comfortable talking about my concerns with him and the fact he actually listens makes me feel heard. He is never in a rush and I do not feel judged, nor do I feel he is interested in providing medicine to just cover issues. He really cares about his patients.
I’ve been seeing Eric for years and recommend him to friends/family in the area.
