Doctor Pales has been my doctor for a very long time I just had a physical and he is very thorough with lots of experience I recommend him and his staff for very good health care
While I have a great deal of respect for the doctor and appreciate his expertise, the overall experience with the office has been disappointing. Scheduled appointments are consistently delayed by significant periods on one occasion, for example if I had an appointment at 2:00 PM appointment but was not seen until 4:30 PM, which was extremely frustrating. Worst communicator EVER. The office never returns phone calls, unable to even schedule an appointment. Doesn’t call back even when you have a prescription refill. Do not recommend at all. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else who will respect you as a patient!!
Either Dr Pales or his office staff is a complete joke. They ignore my messages and I 90% of the time have to resort to going in person to even ask a simple question. One time I needed a referral for time off for leave for an issue. Supposedly he was on vacation and instead of calling to let me know the office staff made me have to physically come in to find out over a week later. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. Dr. Eric is great listener and very thorough with his exams. He has a great bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable with the medical information he shares on my health. Highly recommend him!
