He is amazing and caring. He helped by 92 year family member like she was the most important person in the world. My experience has been when he is with you, you have his full attention. When a doctor doesn't rush anyone sometimes you have to wait until it's your turn. He treats the elderly with dignity and respect.
All I could say is wow! I called Dr Margolis office to make an appointment and for basic information that should have taken 10 to 15 minutes on the phone took 30 minutes. I haven't even been to the office yet and I have a complaint and I'm not one to list complaints but I was so frustrated having to repeat myself two and three times and the person still getting my information wrong. Dr Margolis is the best urologist in Northern NJ. He takes the time to analyze every conceivable cause to any issue that helps diagnose complex issues.
Dr. Margolis (and staff) were absolutely great. I came in expecting a very uncomfortable experience and it proved to be anything but. His demeaner and bedside manner truly makes a very private and uncomfortable situation almost pleasant. I was very relieved that I was able to avoid the discomfort that I thought would have been certain. The staff puts you at ease and let you realize that you are not the first case they have seen.
