The staff is caring and efficient. Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable and help me understand the problem I was having. He explained in terms I could understand. His plan of care for me was made with his expertise and concern for my well being. I put my total trust in his care.

Dr. Graham is nice, but he completely ignored my symptoms and said there was nothing wrong despite mri showing bulging discs. A second opinion also found a pinched nerve and more bulging discs when my symptoms were taken seriously. This caused a 6+ month delay in my diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Wait times are also unbelievably long, so clear your entire day if you have an appointment.

My appointment went very well! Waiting room & exam room time's were acceptable. The visit with the doctor was productive and before I left, I had dates for follow-on appointments & surgery scheduled. Looking forward to all of them.

Dr Eric Graham is my orthopedic surgeon. I saw him on 08/19/2025 for neck pain he was able to diagnose that it was not my neck. it was actually my shoulder causing pain in my neck I received a shot in my shoulder and immediately felt relief from the pain in my shoulder and my neck 24 hours later the pain is nearly completely gone. I give them a nine out of 10 because sometimes the weight times can run a little long but that's with any doctor's office that is of the quality of beingville orthopedics and Dr Graham.
