I am the second owner of DR Horton home built in 2021. The floors needed work to deal with a lot of creaking,groaning and popping and places where they were not level. I contacted dr Horton they came and looked into the problem. Despite it being beyond the warranty they repaired my floors. The workmen were professional and kind. Though the floors are not perfect they are better. Elias was really great to work with. I am grateful they were willing to take care of one of their homes.
It was a pleasure to work with you Eric. You heard our needs and took care of them quickly. You were always willing to take us to homes we wanted to see and put our needs first. We really enjoyed working with you.
Eric is Very knowledgeable and friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process ,selling and buying. Was a wonderful experience having someone trustworthy on my side.
