As I checked in for a procedure, the blonde-short hair, on crutches, was the rudest customer service person I have ever spoken with. She was and is a miserable person I can't hear and She tried to make me look like an idiot, very rude and unprofessional. Who would want this kind of person working for them. God doesn't judge but I'm sure karma is going to come back on her. Let's hope the Owner finds someone who is friendly and professional to be sitting at that window checking in clients.
