Eric was first introduced to us by a bank. Even though we decided not to finance with the bank we got a good impression of Eric and decided to continue to work with him. Being a fellow veteran he was helpful in getting sellers to look more favorably at our VA loan. He provided excellent insight through his market comparisons which helped to make competitive offers. Eric is an honest, reliable, and wonderful realtor. He worked with us to sell our house and helped us on every step of the process. He was always on top of things, followed up as needed, and educated us on the selling process. We could always reach him when we had questions. His commission rate was very competitive and a no nonsense person. We put great trust in him to sell our house and we were very happy with the results. We highly recommend him for anyone thinking of buying or selling house.
