From the start his staff was rude and made clear that they did not want another customer. Theycouldn't understand why I wanted a colonoscopy. I didn't, but my doctor referred me to them. It took weeks of back and forth and filling out mountains of unnecessary forms, I finally got an appointment. A couple of days before my appointment his office called to gripe about my insurance (UnitedHealthCare). They said I didn't have a referral number, so I had to cancel the appointment.
