I have had both knees replaced and I am so happy that I did this. Too bad I waited to long to have surgery.
My husband underwent a routine ACL surgery with Dr Heiden in late 2022. Within a week, infection set in. While infection is always a risk, the lack of response by Dr Heiden and his team stands out as extremely poor medical care. When I texted with concerns about my husband's pain, nausea and passing out, they were brushed over as unimportant or ignored. Excellent staff dr Heiden was very informative very pleased
Very good at his diagnosis went for a 2nd opinion decided to xfer care to him, seems more proactive and honest or at least straight shooter.
