Do not go here! Dr Grover had my daughter in tears on her first visit. He doesn't listen to patients, and he has a God complex. Like another person said, he forgets that he works for the patient and not the other way around. He doesn't listen to his patients and when they try to be active in their own care, he discards everything they say and becomes a dictator. Dr Grover is amazing. Listens to you, explains the why, and is up to date on the latest teacher.
Eric is not a good doctor in my opinion. I will not be recommending him to anyone I know, and I will also not be returning to his office. He lacks listening skills. While explaining to him my medical history he never once looked at me in the eyes and clamored away on his computer keys so loudly that it distracted me from what I was telling him. I saw Dr. Grover for the first time today. I was very pleased with my visit. He took time to explain everything I asked about. His bedside manner was fantastic, and he will be my primary care physician moving forward!
