Eric helped us find a house last minute. He was super great and kept us from going insane through the closing process. Eric has helped us so much, even after we got moved in. We love the house and we are very excited to have a friend in town already!
Eric Groff is so much fun to work with! He kept me sane, and laughing the entire time. We had a ball looking at houses together, he is extremely funny and fabulously knowledgeable. I know I kept him on his toes and he kept me grounded and talked some sense into me when I needed it. He was always available to help and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor, you won't regret it. If I ever need to buy a house in the future, he will be my first and last call.

We started back up a couple months ago and Eric met us several times, at several homes, all different times of the day, mornings, evenings whatever worked best for our schedule.
