Called to create a first time appointment. The receptionist seemed to be a bit moody. The call was abruptly ended and when I called back, I was sent to voicemail despite it still being within business hours.
Receptionist was very friendly AND she keeps two well-stocked candy dishes for nervous patients. Dr Gou is patient and knowledgeable. Hope I don’t need multiple visits, but if I do, at least I like the Dr!
Worked well within our schedules. Very professional and personal approach. Would recommend to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist, even as we live an hour a way we plan on keeping him as our doctor for GI needs
Best doctor office visit I've ever had in my entire life. Staff was wonderful, Dr Gou was wonderful, Patient, explained things well, I felt safe and comfortable voicing my concerns and opinions, And didn't feel rushed at all.
