He is running a scam . He preys on his tenants and Act like you are living in a slave house out back. Two weeks into your contract and he will start the process of trying evict you . Do not use this company. They have no clue what they are doing. They will take your money and then not rent the home to you. Find another realtor.
Been renting from them for the past 8 or 9 months, havent had much problems with them. Until recently they told me that they are gonna tow my one of my cars if I dont remove it from the property. We recently upgraded vehicles and just havent had a chance to sell it yet. The car isnt junky or parked in a strange location, but now they have wrote a written complaint to us. When we spoke to the secretary she said that they "may be able to let us keep it there till the end of the week. She did not give us a definitive answer tho... read more
