As a home owner Eric gleton realty has taken great care of my homes. Any time a renter has moved in they take lots of pictures. They perform inspections bianually with pictures provided to the owner. They are helpful when something goes wrong with the house not trying to hire the most expensive repair. As a home owner I feel taken care of.

I was given an opportunity to rent when other rental companies wouldn't rent to me last year so I love Eric Gleaton Realty. I renewed my lease for another year.
I had no problems during renting but once I moved out fees were taken from my security deposit that I believed according to my lease were not my responsibility. I tried to communicate with the office and even had an attorney help write a letter to try to get some response/ information about the charges. Mr. Gleaton’s office has never responded to my letter and after reading other’s reviews, it is clear to me that his office does not operate well.
