My partner had ankle surgery with Dr. Giza 1 week ago. He did not take the time to see her prior to her discharge. He did not discuss the possible side effects of her post op meds. No effort was made to prevent constipation, which is common among seniors after orthopedic surgery limiting ambulation. She also was not informed that two of her post op meds could lead to constipation. She developed constipation and a mild post op ileus. Dr. Giza is the best in my opinion. After almost 3 years and 2 failed prior ankle fusion surgerys on the same foot by other doctors, he got my foot straight. I can't thank him and his staff enough, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Dr. Giza fixed my ankle after it got ruined at a small town hospital. He got my life back. I am back to riding professionally and pain free. He is a miracle worker as I thought I was going to be in severe chronic pain forever. Best Ortho team ever.
