I was extremely happy with Dr. Freshman and the entire staff of Florida Cancer Specialist. Everyone is exceptionally kind and caring about their patients just like family. The way that Dr. Gershman took his time reviewing my chart and different tests and labs and then explained everything to me was wonderful. I greatly appreciated how thorough he was and took the necessary time to answer every single question put me at ease.
Arrived at 1:02 for a 1:15 appointment. Was taken back for testing at 1:55. Doctor came into exam room at 2:10-2:15. The entire waiting room cleared twice before I was brought back to exam room. This seemed to be a staffing issue and not Doctor related. I enjoy this doctor.

I had my first chemo yesterday and the entire staff couldn’t have been any nicer. I was nervous but because of their being so helpful in helping me understand what was happening and how efficient they were, my fears were alleviated quickly. Nurses Heather and Dani are very good at their jobs!
