Eric and and his assistant Shelby were fantastic to work with. The market was difficult and Eric and his team come up with great marketing idea’s. They planned well and were easy to work with. Eric definitely made the whole process painless. He then found and negotiated the perfect home for me. Eric Gelman was an excellent choice and I would recommend him and his team.
Eric and his team were the perfect choice for us. He listened carefully to our needs, designed a strategy that would cause us the least inconvenience and sold our house quickly and at the right price. His teammate Shelby handled all the paperwork for us, guided us through the intricacies of inspections and titles and his teammate Jamie Lockett, on the buying side, was tireless in locating properties and when we found one, she was brilliant in negotiating a purchase price.
