I want to express serious concerns regarding the care my mother received from Eric. My mother was never properly informed that she would not be going directly to physical therapy after her procedure. She had been told by multiple nurses in the office that she would go straight to therapy because of her age. It was only after I said goodbye and staff asked what time I would be picking her up that I mentioned she would be going to therapy. Dr. Gardner did my knee surgery in may2024, and I can honestly he's the best. Kind, informative, he explains, took time with me and explained information to my husband. He listened to my concerns. I would recommend him highly. Thank you.
Dr. Gardner saved my life and well my hand. I will always be grateful for having known him.
Dr. Gardner made me wait in the examination room for over 30 minutes, and still no one came in to let me know that he was going to be late. I finally had to leave because I had a previous appointment. I would not see this Doctor again, very disrespectful of his patient's time.
