This guy is a total con man. Be aware. I am one of his subs he refused to pay 60k. I had to sue the client to get paid. I won and unfortunately the client had to pay twice. Be aware
Eric and his crew repaired damaged fascia under our roof and the work is impeccable. The repair work is actually better than the original work done by a well-known builder here in Granbury. Eric is professional, yet easy to talk with and very polite (same goes for his crew). Just an all around great experience and we are happy to be discussing more projects with Eric Garcia construction.
If I could give him less stars I would he did more damage than he did repairs on my home.
