Dr. Eric and his assistant Jennifer were at their “normal” professional and precise best for my procedure. Dr. Eric tweeted and customized the bridge to perfection, making minor adjustments to both the bridge and my other teeth along my bite line. The appointment took only half of the scheduled time and a good time was had by all! I have never experienced a “bad” office visit with these oral health care professionals no matter what procedure I was scheduled to have. Thank you again, Bruce

First I'd like to start out with how nice everyone in the office has been with my family. There all so welcoming and pleasant. I love that they know us all by name and not like other offices that say, Hi what is your name? who did you have an appointment with? Dr. Jackson's staff actually took the time to know get to know us. my kids were completely comfortable in the chair. not scared at all, because they take the time to explain what was going to be done before they actually did the work. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone in the Western Suburbs! I got my teeth cleaned here and they have never felt cleaner! The office is very clean and is filled with experienced professionals. I do not have kids but this place is perfect from em as there is a huge game room for kids with an arcade game machine! I will definitely go back to see Dr. Jackson and his staff!
