I went to "Dr." Eric Friedman for an implant last year because he was $1000 cheaper. Mistake #1. Never ever go to a discount dentist, especially for surgery, and never go to a "jack of all trades". Of course he messed it up. I had an extraction of a molar done and an immediate placement of an implant post, which in my case should never have been done. He placed it way off center, because as he says, I had less bone mass in the center. Well, that's why everyone else does bone grafting first. Beca

This is a disgusting the way the treated my mother , so much pain, suffering, thousands and thousand of dollars for something we need to fix now at some other place.Their motto-"this is like shoes, you know, you will get use to it"!!! Three (3!) years of taking advantage of an elderly woman.Insurance manipulations on the top of it.

Rude receptionists, impossible to talk to and looks at you like you owe her something. Dr. Eric is not an experienced dentist at all. He made a front teeth bridge that looks like crap. It is so far out and ugly that I looked like a horse. Very un-professional, had to be re-done by Dr. Boris and I had to pay for it again.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.... It is the worst dental office ever. First of the secretary is very disrespectful to patients. Not long ago of the doctor burned my mother's cheek cells during the treatment and they did not even say "sorry". If you late couple minutes (12 min that we were once), they asking you $45 charge because your are late The secretary in their is acting more doctor than the doctors. Last time when we went their( even though i told them it is emergency my mother have pain they gave appointment week later... read more
