I cannot say enough positive things about Eric. He was by far the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable realtor I have used yet. He never hesitated to help us even after the house was sold and I had questions. I would recommend Eric to anyone seeking to sell their house as well as give good knowledge, advice and education of what needs to be done especially living in this area.

I cannot say enough good things about Eric! I was a single mom who had just been given a 30 day notice to vacate because the owner needed to move back in. I reached out to Eric to see if he could help me find something else to rent. I never in a million years thought I would end up OWNING a home, but Eric made that happen!
