The receptionist john was very rude and unprofessional! I the caregiver had to call asking why he never received a phone call back for an appt.He stated it sounded like he needed to go see an infectious control doctor when his doctor precisely referred him to see the urologist! When does a receptionist have a degree to tell you what he or she needs 🤔

Terrible office help. They laugh at you if you’re not satisfied. Extremely unprofessional.
The doctor is a knowledgeable surgeon. I went to my primary care with abdomen pain and a few other symptoms. My promaray doctor knew rigjt away. The fastest way to get me help was to go to the hospital. We did! Then, I went home. A few days late, I went back to the hospital. Doctor Coronato performed a perfect surgery, removing the kidney stone stone. I have no more pain, nore dissyness, no more vomiting
We tried over a week to get a prescription refill. No answer, no call back
