He was excellent and talked me through everything
Staff and care givers were all very friendly and kind. Took their time to make it a great experience Eric was especially helpful and explained options for treatment.
Very disappointed with my care from Dr. Dettlof and his staff. When I made the appointment, I requested x-rays and the gel shots in both knees. I also reminded his nurse about the gel shots and informed her about my occurring left hip pain. She neglected to inform the doctor of my hip pain and my desire for the gel shots. It was great they checked with my insurance comapny to see if the shots are covered but no one told me in advance that I will be waitung a few minutes longer in the exam room.
