Eric has been a pleasure to work with as a professional who communicates clearly/promptly, knows the LA real estate market, and is capable of handling high-end home sales/purchases from end to end. Eric made us feel comfortable and informed, while navigating not only a complicated pricing and lending environment, but also our city’s complicated web of housing codes and specs (like when to trust or when to avoid a foundation built on a hillside!).
