My dad was seen by Dr. Brooks for lung cancer. Dad was a Vietnam Veteran suffering from serious heath issues from exposure to Agent Orange. He had VA and Medicare HMO insurance which made getting approval for treatment complicated. When I phoned with questions, Dr. Brooks returned my call himself and patiently explained everything. Dad had to cancel his 1st treatment appointment due to heart issues.
