I had a very disappointing experience involving Eric Crutcher in a real estate matter. A civil judgment (Docket #1995130) was issued related to the unauthorized removal of personal property from a listing he was handling. The court awarded $8,500 in damages. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before entering into any agreements.
Eric was able to help my cousin and I in 2 different states to handle an estate matter in TN. Eric provided excellent service and information as well as an attorney referral. Eric obviously has a deep well of resources and contacts in the area, which allowed him to provide the information needed to make progress on our long-standing case.
