There’s ice forming around the ac I don’t get how any apartment building can be ran without any maintenance workers at all they don’t answer any phone calls they don’t care what so ever
How do you get ahold of somebody to help with maintenance? I have documentation on rentcafe and email of me trying and practically begging for someone to please come help my dad with his appliances for the last 3 weeks and I finally got a response from norbrooks Facebook messenger saying that they contacted the property and they were coming the next day 3 days ago. This place is not good place to reside because the landlords are mean to their tenants when you go the office they will never give you time to talk to them they are after money not after there tenants I had feaces around the whole unit about two weeks and I had to find somewhere to sleep me and my family so I don't recommend this place to people

This place is not a great place to live. They ignore calls & wont show the apts often. They’re not friendly & they are rundown outside. They just redid some apts but they threw them together.
