Both the resident physician and attending physician, Eric Cotter, were friendly, helpful and informative. Unfortunately, I do not recall the Resident's name.
Dr. Cotter made me feel comfortable. He showed me my MRI images so I could understand my injury and he explained what he'd do to fix it in surgery. He made sure to answer all my questions.
Dr Eric Cotter is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I went to see him for a surgical consult for my right shoulder pain. He thoroughly explained my x-ray and discussed options for my diagnosis. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. We discussed the best plan of care for me. Sadie, athletic trainer was also extremely helpful. Dr Cotter and Sadie showed compassion while being professional and definitely were interested in my well being. Excellent experience for me.
