Eric is an awesome realtor. He worked to get to know our family and our needs. He found properties based on what we wanted, but also made recommendations for homes that he thought we may be interested in. As buying a home is such a major event, there was, of course a ton of back and forth and he was patient through it all. There was no pressure to purchase and when we considered putting in an offer, Eric would ask us several questions to make sure that the home really met our expectations.
