I love my home, its a great floor plan and an awesome home. However alot of structural flaws and drywall problems are occuring already. In addition, prior to closing, I wish my decorator appointment could have been handled different as I was disappointed with my amenity upgrade that I paid for my backsplash.
I highly recommend Chafin Communities. They are a top notch builder with quality workmanship & excellent customer service.
I can definitely see the quality of construction between the Chafin homes and other builders. They are very proud of the homes that they buillt. They certainly should be since they have won several awards.

As an owner of an Eric Chafin home in Yorkshire Estates,I can tell you that the home has some nice features, HOWEVER the drywall in my home was installed improperly and poorly with seam tape coming apart and nails pushing through after only 4 years from final build date. I have more than 19 nails pushing through my drywall in the master bath ceiling/walls alone. My neighbors all have similar issues with their homes as well.
