We have been with State Farm for a number of years and highly recommend! Working with Eric and Jordan has been an absolute pleasure - they are very responsive, helpful, patient and personable. I dropped my insurance with Eric Casey and his agency after 20 plus years over what was a 450 dollar claim. It was handled poorly from the start by his staff and later by the claims department by a less than experienced and very rude claim representative in their "service center". I have over 20 years experience myself in claims so I'm not wrong in my thinking. I recently had a very concerning experience with this company while shopping for home and auto insurance. After receiving quotes from several other providers, I was contacted by this company and told they would not be able to offer coverage due to my husband.
