Took excellent care of me after breast cancer… When I had insurance… Now I’m uninsured and have a huge lump tons of pain in my right breast and they told me call us when you have insurance….
If you have battled breast cancer and are looking for a reconstructive surgeon then I highly recommend Dr. Lai. His office staff and nurses are great and the response time when you call or send a message on the patient portal is fantastic. He does a nice job explaining things and answering any questions you have.
I had a double mastectomy after breast cancer in Springfield Missouri and was destroyed. I got on the internet and saw how great Dr. Lai was rated and I called. We were asked to submit pictures and I had an appointment within a couple weeks. I explained the blood disorder I had and he reassured me he had patients in the past with excellent results and I was sold. He was very patient and explained everything . Dr Lai is a great professional at what he does, and has a very good personality. He looked after my mother Irma Campbell who is 95 and had a pace maker put in and he was her specialist and she is so happy to have met him.
