Eric Borja Real Estate Team were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and were great when I had questions. Eric was able to get us what we needed to sell our home for and worked out a perfect closing time for us. As we lived in our home for 36 years and it took a lot to get us moved. With everyone's help it all worked out. I would recommend Eric and Courtney Thomas they were both wonderful people to work with and I appreciated their patience with me being nervous as I have never sold a home before.
Eric helped us through the whole process of selling our home. Even the times when I was anxious and probably difficult to deal with. Eric was calm and reassuring. Was available when we needed him. If he was not available right away his assistant would help out.
Eric and Courtney were extremely helpful through the entire home buying process. They helped set up tours for multiple properties, were flexible with my schedule, and have lots of suggestions along the way! I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new home!
