Dr Ball is very thorough and makes the kids feel safe
The staff that manages medical records neglect their duty to perform. We moved out of state and my new ped has sent out MULTIPLE STAT orders for medical records and they ignore it. We have called multiple times and they claim they'll send it before the end of the day. It never happens!! It's been going on for a week now. All our time wasted. Please!!!!! Send those medical records!!!!! WE NEED THEM.
