Super hard to get ahold of never once called me back spoke with my agent and was very short with her and rude. Update for clarification- the first time I reached out I did not have an agent. I tried to call your office left a message emailed you and even tried to message you on your Facebook group. The only one I got any response from was Facebook to which it was an automated message saying that someone would get back to me.
